What we do
The Wessex team prides itself in working with organisations throughout their resilience journey. We offer a range of training solutions to embed resilience in individuals, teams and organisational structures.
Wessex delivers a wide range of resilience courses based on the UK Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles (JESIP). These include:
introduction to UK JESIP principles
client focused workshops
table top and leadership exercises
strategic and tactical level multi- agency major incident response and recovery training
contingency plan writing and exercising
liaison officer duties
loggist and decision logging duties
These courses explore a wide variety of threat and risk based scenarios and train individuals, teams and leadership groups to respond effectively to a crisis. We work with clients to develop a resilient mindset based on their own modus operandi at their place of work. This process ensures that all staff and managers receive the focus and exposure they require to a safe learning experience.

Who we support
Wessex delivers resilience training support to a wide range of clients. These include UK Government Departments, emergency services, Local Resilience Fora and supporting multi agency agencies plus the resilience focussed charity sector. Private sector UK and international organisations include those from the transport, communications, utilities and logistics and supply chain management fields.
